Two exhibitions, one in Chemistry and another in History were conducted last month. Kindergarten children participated in a presentation, where paintings, artwork, toys made out of clay , paper cuttings etc made by them were on display.
These exhibitions and presentations attracted the parents and elite of Karaikudi, who were specially invited to give suggestions. A few exhibits in the Chemistry exhibition were very much appreciated by the experts who felt that such exhibitions bring out the curiosity element in children and this has to be nurtured and grown. Next month exhibitions in Biology and Physics are planned.
Our students participated in the 'Talent Search' event conducted by Lions Club International and won prizes in elocution, Essay writing and Painting competetions under the title 'World Peace'. Our Students also participated in the Children's day competetion conducted by Young Observer, a supplement of Observer, a popular news paper published from Mumbai.
